We start by working with what is in place at the moment, for example if you are running a care home pharmacy, we will work alongside your staff members to best understand how things work. This is where we gather information about how the current system works and what changes can be implemented.

We listen to what your staff members and clients have to say about how the current process works, and what they feel would be worth improving. After all the system is to be used by them, making it user friendly is essential.
We then communicate our ideas.
Once we are at a point where we feel we have gathered enough information on improvements, we then work directly with your development team on how best to implement changes or improvements to the system using aids such as flowcharts.
We help implement changes throughout development
We will continually work with your staff and clients even throughout the development process to ensure as many positive changes can be implemented to the system or application.
We try and improve the end product
We then assess the changes made by the development team and suggest any improvements.
We can work with you after beta phase
Once the system has undergone beta testing, we will then offer to review the system in due time if any further improvements are necessary.
